This 5 bedrooms luxury villa (sleeps 10) is situated right on the seafront in the prestigious Sea Caves area offers unobstructed views of the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.
The spacious living area features a working fireplace and is furnished with a modern L-shaped sofa. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area features a large modern dining table and ten high backed dining chairs.
The first of the double bedrooms is located on the ground floor along with a twin bedroom. One room has its own en-suite shower room and the other has access to the separate shower room located on this level. The master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the first floor and this room features a massive private balcony boasting full pool and sea views. The remaining two bedrooms on this level comprise of one double and one twin bedded room, each with an en-suite shower room and private balcony. A TV set is provided in each of the first floor bedrooms and four safety deposit boxes are available for guests use. Air conditioning units are installed in each of the bedrooms, and the living/dining area.
Stairs lead to the basement level where the games room is located which features a pool table (coin operated), card table, selection of board games, comfortable sofas and a cloakroom.
Outside the 11m x 4m private swimming pool with both walk in steps and ladder access is surrounded by a substantial sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. The large purpose built barbecue area with built in barbecue, features a large shaded seating area, perfect for outdoor dining on those hot summer evenings.

Location
This Cyprus wedding villa is located in the Sea Caves area. Sea Caves is situated in a peaceful location between the popular resort of Coral Bay and the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges. The coastline in this area is full of natural rock caves making it ideal snorkelling territory.
The nearest taverna is a mere 100 metres from the villa, whilst the family oriented resort of Coral Bay is only 4 kilometres away. Coral Bay is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district and has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities.
For a taste of the more traditional, the Church at St George overlooks the modest fishing harbour from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and enjoy a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of the small selection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village.
Mini golf, watersports and go-karting are all activities available in the resort of Coral Bay and if you extend your exploring to encompass the town of Paphos, approximately 25 minutes away, the list of available activities expands to include a snooker hall, bowling alley, waterpark, several Heritage sites, attractive harbour area and modern shopping facilities.
